cooking instructions:
- put a bit of oil into a frying pan, then put the frozen potstickers into the pan
- prepare a flour-water mixture with a ratio of 1:10 (flour 1: water 10, on a mass basis), then pour the mixture into the pan to 1cm height
- put a lid on the pan. serve after all water has evaporated.
