cooking instructions:
- soup: bring soup base (broth) to a simmer, then add the frozen meatballs, cook on medium heat for 4 minutes.
- fried: coat the frozen meatballs with a layer of egg white. heat a pot of oil to 160°C, put the meatballs into the oil and cook on low heat. use a colander to take out and serve the meatballs, after they turn golden-brown.
- air fried: defrost the meatballs until the surface softens, then coat the meatballs with a thin layer of sunflower oil. put the meatballs into the air fryer and fry for 5 minutes at 180°C, then flip to the other side and fry for 3 minutes.
