cooking instructions:
- soup: put seasonings and frozen wontons into boiling water, boil with medium heat for 8 minutes (or until the wontons are floating on top of the boiling soup), then add vegetables into the soup.
- deep fried: cook frozen wontons in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain the wontons: make sure there is NO WATER LEFT on the surface of the wontons. Heat a pot of oil to 180°C, put the wontons into the oil, fry until the wontons’ skins turn golden, then take them out using a colander, then serve with your favourite sauce.
- Sichuan spicy wontons: put frozen wontons into boiling water, boil with medium heat for 8 minutes (or until the wontons are floating on top of the boiling soup). Take the wontons out with a colander to drain off the water, then serve with Sichuan chilli oil sauce and chopped spring onion.
